Target Information
Bovine Endosome Associated Trafficking Regulator 1 is encoded by the ENTR1 gene in cattle. ENTR1 is a novel endosomal protein that plays a crucial role in remodeling plasma membrane structures. It affects various cellular behaviors by orchestrating changes in these membrane components. Research has shown that ENTR1 is highly expressed in gliomas compared to normal brain tissues. Its expression correlates with the malignant grades of gliomas and poor overall survival time.
