Target Information

Erb-b2 receptor tyrosine kinase 2 is encoded by the ERBB2 gene in dogs. This gene is a protooncogene encoding a tyrosine kinase receptor protein, the overexpression of which correlates with a more rapid progression and a worse prognosis in breast cancer.
