Target Information

Integrin beta-1 (ITGB1), also known as CD29, is a cell surface receptor that plays essential roles in cell adhesion, migration, and signaling. Integrin beta-1 associates with integrin alpha 1 and integrin alpha 2 to form integrin complexes. Integrin beta 1 is encoded by the goat gene ITGB1. It is a candidate target known to mediate cell-extracellular matrix (ECM) interactions that affect multiple cellular functions.
