Target Information

Interleukin-21 is a protein encoded by the IL21 gene. It is a cytokine with potent regulatory effects on cells of the immune system. Research showed that Th17 cell-associated transcriptional factors Stat3 and rorγt and cytokines IL-6, IL-17A, and IL-21 were significantly higher in the jejunum of low body weight chickens.
