Target Information

Tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 14 is a protein encoded by the TNFSF14 gene. It is also known as CD258 or LIGHT. This protein may act as a co-stimulatory factor to activate lymphocytes and play a deterrent role in herpesvirus infection. It has been shown to stimulate the proliferation of T cells and trigger apoptosis in various tumor cells.
