Target Information

Canine Ikaros, also known as IκB kinase α (IKZF1) in dogs, is a transcription factor that plays a pivotal role in the development and function of the immune system, particularly in lymphocytes. As a member of the Ikaros family, it contains multiple zinc finger domains that allow it to bind to DNA and regulate gene expression. Ikaros is involved in the control of cell fate decisions, proliferation, and differentiation of immune cells, including T cells and B cells.
