Target Information

Porcine CD3ε is a component of the CD3 complex, which is part of the T cell receptor (TCR) complex on the surface of T lymphocytes in pigs. The CD3 complex plays a critical role in T cell activation, and CD3ε is one of the signaling chains in this complex. pCD3ε is involved in the transduction of signals from the TCR to the interior of the T cell upon antigen recognition. This signaling is essential for T cell activation, leading to the initiation of the immune response, T cell proliferation, and differentiation into effector T cells.
