Mouse Anti-Porcine Hydroxysteroid Dehydrogenase Like Protein 2 (HSDL2) Monoclonal Antibody

Porcine hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase like protein 2 (HSDL2) is an enzyme belonging to the short-chain dehydrogenase/reductase (SDR) superfamily. It plays a significant role in various biological processes, particularly in the context of cellular proliferation and lipid metabolism. Recent studies have indicated that HSDL2 is highly expressed in multiple types of cancer tissues, including rectal cancer, and its overexpression is associated with poor prognosis and promotion of tumor cell proliferation and invasion. In pigs, HSDL2's function may mirror its role in humans, where it has been shown to regulate the cell cycle and contribute to the malignant progression of tumors.
