Target Information
CD107a, also known as Lysosome-Associated Membrane Protein 1 is a glycoprotein from a family of Lysosome-associated membrane glycoproteins. CD107a has also been shown to be a marker of degranulation on lymphocytes such as CD8+and NK cells, and also play a role in tumor cell differentiation and metastasis. Swine CD107a is a maker of lysosomes and acquired for fusion of autophagosomes with endosomal vesicles, thus CD107a is an autolysosome maker as well.
