O12H33 monoclonal antibody is specific for Swine CSF1R, also know as Swine CD115 or C-FMS. It was purified by affinity chromatography on Protein A from tissue culture supernatant. It can be applied for Flow Cytometry (FC).

Target Information
Colony stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R), also known as Cluster of differentiation 115 (CD115) is a class III receptor tyrosine kinase that is expressed on the cell surface of microglia and macrophages. CSF1R is directly involved in controlling development, survival and maintenance of microglia and these effects are associated with neuroinflammation.
Shipping and Storage
This product is shipped at ambient temperature. It is recommended to aliquot and store at -20°C on receipt (up to 12 months).

User Note
- Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended.
