Target Information

Colony stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R), also known as Cluster of differentiation 115 (CD115) is a class III receptor tyrosine kinase that is expressed on the cell surface of microglia and macrophages. CSF1R is directly involved in controlling development, survival and maintenance of microglia and these effects are associated with neuroinflammation.
