Target Information
Integrin beta-1 (ITGB1), also known as CD29, is a cell surface receptor that plays essential roles in cell adhesion, migration, and signaling. Integrin Beta-1 is encoded by the ITGB1 gene in pigs. ITGB1 is a cell surface receptor that associates with integrin alpha 1 and integrin alpha 2 to form integrin complexes that function as collagen receptors. This gene has been implicated in embryonic processes including implantation and trophoblast function.
