Target Information
MHC class I antigen 1, also known as PD1, is encoded by the SLA-1 gene in pigs. SLA alleles or haplotypes are potentially useful genetic markers for the selection of mating pairs in breeding programs and epistatic studies of reproductive traits of Microminipigs.
