Target Information
Bovine müllerian-inhibiting factor (AMH), N-His is mainly used for research purposes. In bovine, AMH plays a crucial role in reproductive processes. It induces the regression of the Müllerian ducts during male fetal development and regulates follicle development in females. It is also involved in Leydig cell function and may inhibit tumor growth derived from Müllerian duct tissues. This protein is expressed by Sertoli cells and belongs to the TGF-β superfamily.
