Target Information
Interleukin (IL)-10 is essential for maintaining intestinal homeostasis, with mutations in the IL-10 signaling pathway leading to spontaneous colitis. Studies have demonstrated that IL-10 regulates goblet cell numbers via Notch signaling in the developing zebrafish intestine.
