Target Information
Bovine respiratory syncytial virus nucleoprotein (N) is a highly conserved phosphoprotein that plays a central role in the virus's replication and transcription processes. It is one of the structural components of the virus, forming the helical nucleocapsid within the virion. The N protein is essential for the assembly of new virus particles and is involved in the regulation of viral gene expression. It has been shown to induce protective immunity, making it a potential target for vaccine development against Bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV) infections, which are a significant cause of respiratory diseases in cattle.
Shipping and Storage
This product is shipped with dry ice. It is recommended to aliquot as needed and store at -80°C upon receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4°C for 1 week, at < -80°C for 12 months. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
