Target Information
Chicken alpha-N-acetylgalactosaminidase (cAlpha-NAG) is an enzyme involved in the catabolism of glycoproteins and glycolipids in lysosomes. It's crucial for maintaining cellular health by breaking down complex sugars. In veterinary medicine, cAlpha-NAG levels are monitored to diagnose lysosomal storage diseases, aiding in early intervention and treatment.
