Target Information

Feline dipeptidyl peptidase 4 (DPP4) is a serine protease that degrades incretin hormones like GLP-1 and GIP, regulating insulin secretion and glucose homeostasis. It also modulates immune and inflammatory responses by cleaving chemokines and cytokines. Abnormal expression of DPP4 in cats may be associated with diabetes, obesity, and certain cancers.
