Target Information

Fibrinogen is involved in normal hemostasis and has beneficial effects on coagulation function. Certain conditions like inflammation, infection, and liver disease can lead to increased fibrinogen levels, increasing the risk of blood clots. Research has demonstrated the potential compensatory role of fibrinogen in restoring coagulation function in vivo after hemorrhagic shock in a porcine model. Fibrinogen is an essential protein for maintaining normal blood clotting and plays a critical role in wound healing.
