Target Information
The T-cell surface glycoprotein CD3 delta chain, which is part of the TCR-CD3 complex on T-lymphocytes, plays a critical role in the adaptive immune response. When antigen-presenting cells (APCs) activate the T-cell receptor (TCR), signals are transmitted across the cell membrane through the CD3 chains: CD3D, CD3E, CD3G, and CD3Z. Each of these CD3 chains has immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motifs (ITAMs) in their cytoplasmic domains.

User Note
- Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Avoid mixing by vortexing or pipetting. Reconstitute in 10 mM PBS (pH 7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Aliquote the reconstituted solution to minimise freeze-thaw cycles.
