Target Information
Relaxin 1 is encoded by the RLN1 gene in pigs. The relaxin family peptide hormones, part of the insulin superfamily, comprises seven peptides with high structural but low sequence similarity. These include relaxin-1 (RLN1), relaxin-2 (RLN2), relaxin-3 (RLN3), and the insulin-like peptides INSL3, INSL4, INSL5, and INSL6.

User Note
- Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Avoid mixing by vortexing or pipetting. Reconstitute in 10 mM PBS (pH 7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Aliquote the reconstituted solution to minimise freeze-thaw cycles.
