Target Information

Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) impacts pigs across all age groups, presenting two interrelated clinical symptoms: reproductive failure in breeding animals and respiratory illness in pigs of any age. Glycoprotein 5 (GP5) is a glycosylated envelope protein encoded by the ORF5 gene of the PRRSV virus. It possesses strong immunogenic properties, enabling it to stimulate the production of neutralizing antibodies in the body.
