Target Information

C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 13 is encoded by the CXCL13 gene in chickens. Research showed that the interaction between Mycoplasma synoviae and chicken synovial sheath cells could activate macrophages, which was manifested by a significant increase in the expression of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, CCL-20, RANTES, MIP-1β, and CXCL-13.
