Target Information

MAP28 Protein, also known as MAP28 protein, is a protein found in goats (Capra hircus). The exact function of MAP28 is not well-documented. It is secreted and may play a role in defense against bacteria. MAP28 Protein is encoded by the MAP28 gene in goats. It is a member of the myeloid antimicrobial peptides (MAPs), also known as cathelicidins. They are cationic antimicrobial peptides that play a key role in mammalian innate immunity.
