Mouse Anti-Bovine Leukemia Virus P24 Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse anti-enzootic bovine leukosis virus/bovine leukemia virus P24 monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose enzootic bovine leukosis virus/bovine leukemia virus infection in bovine. The clone N08Y895 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y896 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Target Information
The capsid protein p24 is a structural protein of the bovine leukemia virus (BLV), and it plays a crucial role in the viral life cycle. During viral replication, newly synthesized viral RNA is encapsulated by multiple copies of p24 to form mature viral particles. Detection of antibodies against p24 is utilized in serological tests to diagnose BLV infection in cattle.
