Mouse Anti-Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus Nucleoprotein Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse anti-porcine epidemic diarrhea virus nucleoprotein monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose porcine epidemic diarrhea virus infection in swine. The clone N08Y727 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y728 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.
Specifications
Target Information
Nucleoprotein is an important structural protein of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus. It wraps viral RNA to form a nucleocapsid and protects the viral genome during replication and transcription. Nucleoproteins also play a role in the assembly of new viral particles, helping the virus spread within the host. In diagnostic studies of porcine epidemic diarrhea virus, nucleoprotein is often used as a target.
