Target Information

Cluster of differentiation 6 (CD6) is a type 1 transmembrane glycoprotein found on T lymphocytes in association with the signaling components of the TCR. Swine CD6 is expressed exclusively on T-lymphocytes. CD6 plays a key role in the stabilization and maturation of the IS, as well in subsequent T-cell proliferative responses.
