GA35 monoclonal antibody is specific for monomorphic determinant of swine leucocyte antigen (SLA) class II DR, also know as Swine MHC II. It was purified from affinity chromatography on protein A from tissue culture supernantant, and can be applied for Flow Cytometry (FC) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC).

Swine major histocompatibility complex (MHC) II DR, also known as Swine Leukocyte Antigen (SLA) class II DR is one of the determinants of swine immune responses. SLA class II DR is a type of MHC cluster in porcine species expressing on the surface of antigen presenting cells that recognizes viruses and other intracellular pathogens.
