Target Information

Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 5 (CCL5), also known as RANTES is a prototypical T-cell-derived chemokine and potent inflammatory mediator that activates basophils and mast cells and attracts T cells. CCL5 is proinflammatory chemokine, recruiting leukocytes to the site of inflammation. Swine CCL5 is involved in the placental development or promotes the placental development.
