Target Information

Bovine MHC class I monomorphic is a critical component of the immune system in cattle, playing a significant role in antigen presentation. It is expressed on the surface of most nucleated cells, with the exception of neural cells, and is involved in presenting endogenous antigens to CD8+ T cells. This monomorphic determinant is recognized by antibodies such as clone IL-A88, which can be used for research applications like flow cytometry and Western blotting.
