Target Information

Chicken macrophage colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R) is a type III protein tyrosine kinase receptor crucial for the survival, differentiation, and proliferation of macrophage lineage cells in chickens. This receptor is highly conserved across species and is composed of five Ig-like extracellular domains, a transmembrane domain, and an intracellular tyrosine kinase domain. CSF1R is expressed on macrophage progenitors and mature macrophages, where it binds to its ligands, such as CSF1 and IL-34, to regulate immune responses.
