Target Information
Porcine receptor-type tyrosine-protein phosphatase C (PTPRC), also known as CD45, is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on nearly all hematopoietic cells. It is a key regulator of T- and B-cell antigen receptor signaling, essential for lymphocyte development, survival, and function. This receptor-type phosphatase contains an extracellular domain, a single transmembrane segment, and two intracellular catalytic domains, which allow it to modulate signaling pathways by dephosphorylating tyrosine residues on various substrates.
