Target Information
Aspergillosis is a sporadic fungal infection caused by several environmentally ubiquitous species of Aspergillus. Aspergillus niger is a member of Aspergillus species that may cause Aspergillosis in animals. Phytase A catalyzes the phosphate monoester hydrolysis of phytic acid (myo-inositol hexakisphosphate), which results in the stepwise formation of myo-inositol pentakis-, tetrakis-, tris-, bis-, and monophosphates, as well as the liberation of inorganic phosphate.
