Target Information
Bovine beta-enolase (ENO3) is a multifunctional protein involved in glycolysis, where it catalyzes the conversion of 2-phosphoglycerate to phosphoenolpyruvate. It also acts as a plasminogen kinase, promoting blood clot dissolution. ENO3's moonlighting functions include roles in signal transduction, stress response, and immune modulation in cattle.
Muscle-specific enolase (MSE); Skeletal muscle enolase
