Target Information
Interleukin 1 Alpha is encoded by the IL1A gene in horses. It is a cytokine of the interleukin-1 family. IL-1 is a protein secreted by stimulated cells of the monocyte-macrophage lineage that has a number of important biological activities. IL-1 has been implicated in the induction and amplification of the pathological processes involved in arthritis and articular cartilage destruction.

This product is shipped with dry ice. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store for 4 weeks at 2-8°C, for 12 months at -80°C.
