Target Information
Ubiquitin carboxyl terminal hydrolase L5 (UCHL5) is a deubiquitinating enzyme that is part of the ubiquitin-proteasome system in Bovine. It associates with the 19S subunit of the proteasome and is responsible for hydrolyzing ubiquitin from its substrates, particularly targeting K48 ubiquitin chains, which facilitates ubiquitin recycling. This process is crucial for the regulation of protein degradation, cell proliferation, and tumorigenesis in various cancers.
Shipping and Storage
This product is shipped with dry ice. It is recommended to aliquot as needed and store at -80°C upon receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4°C for 1 week, at < -80°C for 12 months. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
