Target Information

In felines, suppressor of tumorigenicity 7 protein (ST7) is a tumor-suppressing protein located in the cytoplasm and plasma membrane. It inhibits tumor development by regulating genes involved in cellular structure. ST7 also participates in extracellular matrix organization and cell differentiation. It may exert anti-tumor effects by suppressing the Wnt/β-catenin pathway.
