Target Information

TYRO Protein Tyrosine Kinase-Binding Protein (TYROBP), also known as DAP12, is a protein involved in cellular communication and immune responses. TYROBP is an ITAM-containing protein associated with various immune cells, including natural killer (NK) cells and dendritic cells. It plays a role in positive signal transduction by non-inhibitory NK cell receptors. Bovine TYRO Protein Tyrosine Kinase-Binding Protein is encoded by the TYROBP gene in cattle. The gene may have undergone positive selection during the evolution of the bovine lineage.
