Target Information
Feline tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 4 (TNFRSF4) is a protein involved in immune cell interactions and signaling. It plays a significant role in the activation and proliferation of T cells, particularly in the context of antigen presentation by antigen-presenting cells (APCs). TNFRSF4 is also known as OX40 ligand (OX40L) and is expressed on the surface of APCs such as dendritic cells and macrophages. Its interaction with its receptor, OX40, on T cells enhances the immune response by promoting T cell survival, proliferation, and cytokine production.
