Porcine peroxiredoxin 6 (PRDX6) is a critical antioxidant enzyme that plays a significant role in maintaining cellular redox balance and protecting cells from oxidative stress. As a member of the peroxiredoxin family, PRDX6 is particularly important for the detoxification of peroxides and the regulation of signaling pathways involved in inflammation and immune responses.
