Target Information
Bovine non neuronal enolase (NNE), also known as alpha-enolase or ENO1, is a glycolytic enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of 2-phosphoglycerate to phosphoenolpyruvate. It is composed of two alpha subunits and plays a crucial role in energy metabolism. In addition to its glycolytic function, NNE has been implicated in various processes such as growth control, hypoxia tolerance, and allergic responses.
Enolase 1; HAP47; Non-neural enolase; Phosphopyruvate hydratase
