Target Information

C-X-C motif chemokine 11 (CXCL11), also called Interferon-inducible T-cell alpha chemoattractant (I-TAC) is a cytokine belonging to the CXC chemokine family. Swine CXCL11 is chemotactic for mitogen and IL-2 stimulated peripheral blood mononuclear cells. CXCL11 can promote tumor progression by the biased use of the chemokine receptors CXCR3 and CXCR7.
