Target Information

Equine interleukin 10 (IL-10) is a pleiotropic cytokine primarily produced by monocytes and lymphocytes, playing a crucial role in immunoregulation and inflammation. It downregulates the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and enhances B cell survival and proliferation. IL-10 also blocks NF-κB activity and regulates the JAK-STAT signaling pathway.
