Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 18 (TNFRSF18), also known as glucocorticoid-induced TNFR-related protein (GITR) or CD357, is a type I transmembrane protein. GITR belongs to the TNFR superfamily and shares high homology in its cytoplasmic domain, characterized by cysteine pseudo-repeats, with other members of the TNFR superfamily such as CD137, OX40, and CD27.
