Feline Matrilysin (MMP7) is a secreted protease that degrades various extracellular matrix components, including fibronectin, gelatin, and proteoglycans. It plays key roles in tissue remodeling, wound healing, and inflammation. MMP7 is also involved in cancer progression by facilitating tumor cell invasion through ECM degradation.
