Recombinant Mouse Complement C5 (C5)

Mouse Complement C5 is a key component of the complement system, involved in immune defense and inflammatory responses. In mouse models, C5 is used to study complement system activation and its roles in diseases. The complement system is a cascade of proteins that play a crucial role in the innate immune response by opsonizing pathogens, recruiting immune cells, and directly lysing microbial invaders.
