Target Information

Plasminogen activator inhibitor-2 (PAI-2, also known as SerpinB2), part of the serpin superfamily, is a serine protease inhibitor that modulates coagulation by inactivating tissue plasminogen activator and urokinase. Research has demonstrated that LPS and TNFα stimulate porcine granulosa cell proliferation through the upregulation of SerpinE1 and SerpinB2.
