Mouse Anti-Eastern Equine Encephalitis Virus (EEEV) E1 Glycoprotein Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse anti-Eastern equine encephalitis virus (EEEV) E1 glycoprotein monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose Eastern equine encephalitis. The clone N07Y57 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N07Y58 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Target Information
The E1 glycoprotein of the Eastern equine encephalitis virus (EEEV) is a critical component involved in the growth and development of the virus. As a glycoprotein, E1 plays a key role in the entry of the virus into host cells. E1 is involved in the assembly of new virus particles within infected cells, contributing to the formation of the viral envelope.
