Target Information

Sheep CD32, also known as the Fc gamma receptor II, is a low-affinity receptor for IgG that plays a significant role in the immune system of sheep. It is primarily expressed on phagocytic cells such as macrophages and neutrophils, where it mediates the phagocytosis of opsonized pathogens and the clearance of immune complexes. CD32 is involved in various immune functions, including endocytosis, activation of secretion, cytotoxicity, and immunomodulation.
