Target Information

Porcine CD3D is a subunit of the T-cell receptor (TCR) complex, crucial for T-cell development and activation. It is part of the CD3 complex, which transduces antigen-recognition signals into the cytoplasm of T cells and regulates the surface expression of the TCR complex. CD3D, along with other CD3 subunits (gamma, epsilon, and zeta), contains immunoreceptor tyrosine-based activation motifs (ITAMs) that become phosphorylated upon TCR engagement, initiating downstream signaling pathways.
