Target Information

Cluster of Differentiation 105 (CD105), also known as Endoglin and ORW1 is a type I membrane glycoprotein located on cell surfaces and is part of the TGF beta receptor complex. It is highly expressed on endothelial cells of tissues undergoing angiogenesis. CD105 plays an important role in angiogenesis; therefore, making it an important protein for tumor growth; survival and metastasis of cancer cells to other locations in the body.
